My Story

I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of Walk the Walk and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in The MoonWalk London 2018. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about Walk the Walk, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!

As a family team the Moonwalk 2018 is particularly close to our hearts, for the first time we have became even closer to those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Earlier this year we officially welcomed Jerome into our family (as my sister’s new partner) with Jerome being such a generous, kind and very funny guy we were over the moon, then shortly afterwards Jerome was diagnosed with breast cancer which was such a shock as most of us wasn’t even aware that men could get breast cancer let alone experience it firsthand! Late in the summer Jerome had a mastectomy and is now undergoing his course of chemo treatments, Jerome is very positive and we are all so proud of him. So, to all those who have or are going through breast cancer surgeries and treatments we salute you, but for us the Moonwalk 2018 is all about supporting the men out there going through the same experience. Please help us raise funds for this worthy cause, and if you would like to join our team please get in touch.
